A trip to Mars.

Turquoise lagoons, vast mountains, salt valleys and star-filled nights. Between outings, we came back to San Pedro’s dusty streets and adobe houses to eat, wander and rest.

We visited in December 2024 and January 2025 with our children, aged five and three, a hire car and four nights in San Pedro. Plans changed along the way: altitude made us slow down, and a late arrival meant we missed Cejar.

The guide brings together what we experienced and the alternatives we would consider next time. It clearly separates places we visited from those we did not.

Before you buy

What will I receive?

A 47-page digital guide and its KMZ map with 31 places, both in your chosen language. No physical book is sent.

How do I download the files?

Your links appear on the confirmation page and in your delivery email after payment. Each file allows five downloads within thirty days; save a copy to keep.

Does the map work offline?

The KMZ contains the trip’s places. Downloading it does not automatically save the underlying maps; prepare offline mapping separately in your chosen app.
