What you buy and who sells it

We sell digital PDF travel guides for personal use, with a KMZ map where stated. No physical book is shipped. Check the destination and language before paying: Spanish and English editions are separate products.

Price and payment

The final amount in euros and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm your order. There are no shipping charges. Stripe processes payment. Before paying, you can correct your details and return to the guide to change editions. The purchase is confirmed when payment is accepted; you receive an email with order details and file access. If you have paid but confirmation is delayed, do not repeat the purchase: contact us.

Delivery and use

After payment is confirmed, download links appear in the confirmation and email. Each file allows five downloads within thirty days; save a copy. If access expires or a download fails, contact us with your order number for help. You may keep the downloaded PDF for personal use.

You need a PDF-compatible application. KMZ files can be opened in Google Earth or imported into Google My Maps, subject to each service’s features and limits. Downloading a KMZ file does not automatically download offline navigation maps.

Links in the guide lead to stable map access pages. The file can be updated without changing that page; proof of purchase is still required. Sharing access credentials, publishing, redistributing or reselling files is not permitted.

Immediate delivery and cancellation rights

You generally have fourteen calendar days from entering the contract to withdraw. To receive the digital content immediately, we request your express consent to start delivery within that period and your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins, under article 103.m of Spain’s consolidated consumer protection law. We include that acceptance in your order confirmation.

This exception does not remove your rights if a file is defective, not delivered or differs from what you purchased. Contact us so we can resolve the problem and, where applicable, provide the remedy, price reduction or termination and refund required by law.

Contacting us or withdrawing where applicable

Email hola@kaixomundo.com or write to the address above. You may use this form: “I withdraw from my purchase of [guide], order [number], placed on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […]. Signature, only for paper notices.” Using this form is optional. Any refund due is made using the same payment method, at no cost to you, within the statutory period.

Applicable terms

You can save or print these terms. We retain the order and its version of the terms; you may request a copy by email. Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer rights or the competent courts provided by law.
